Family Support Partner

Position Summary
Family Support Partner (FSP) provides peer support services, serves as a family advocate, provides families with information and links to services to meet the needs of families. The Family Support Partner provides support to families in a variety of settings. The Family Support Partner performs a wide range of tasks to support families that have youth and/or young adults with mental health and/or substance use challenges. The Family Support Partner will model competency in recovery and wellness, be a parent/caregiver of youth between the ages of 12 and 29 years old with a family member with mental health/ substance misuse and or social emotional behavioral challenges.
